The Cleanse

Are you sick and tired of feeling sick and tired? The Cleanse will lead you through a two-week journey towards empowerment and greater health. Done 1-on-1, as a group or at your own pace at home, The Cleanse includes daily readings, informational weekly classes, and a guidebook that includes a variety of useful tools including shopping lists and food logs. This process can be done with or without a carefully selected assortment of dietary supplements.

Do you want to try to eat better, but just can’t find the time to shop, cook and clean?
