Rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach, we at ONE Human Performance Center look at each athlete as an individual. While our competition is giving everyone from point guards to noseguards the same program and hoping it works, we apply a systematic and scientific approach that guarantees results.    We do this by assessing each client’s needs based on their position, sport, background, schedule, functional ability, lifestyle and mindset. Our Athlete Pyramid grid displays the qualities that we factor in when developing a complete athlete.
