Nicole’s professional background in education and her commitment to fitness and healthy living have led her to ONE to train and teach others about physical and mental wellbeing. She has over six years experience teaching children and adolescents in various educational, therapeutic, and athletic settings. She is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer as well as a Mad Dogg Athletics Certified Spin Instructor. Nicole also teaches Iyengar and Vinyasa flow Yoga classes.
Nicole works with children as young as 4 years old, helping to develop and improve body awareness, gross motor skills, bilateral integration, intramuscular coordination, balance, flexibility, and rhythm, all while having fun in a safe and non-competitive environment.
Nicole works with teenagers and adults for general health and fitness, as well as more specialized, sport-specific training. A tri-athlete and cyclist herself, she knows the importance of functional strength training to improve speed, increase endurance, and prevent injury. Nicole strives to help people of all ages reach their fitness goals while leading happy, healthy, balanced lives.
